Ordering & Delivery
The Saucy Butcher is not currently delivering to customers’ homes. However, if you live locally you can collect your order from our shop. Browse our selection of beef, pork and lamb cuts; select your order and we will have your order ready for you in store. It couldn’t be simpler!
Once you have selected your items and placed them in the shopping cart click either checkout or the shopping cart and you will be re-directed to the checkout page.
NOTE: Please state on the order notes at checkout which day you will be collecting your order so we can have your order ready for collection.

Yes, absolutely. Our online payment facility is operated by PayPal, who operate security policies and controls that meet the highest industry standards. We will only store your contact and delivery details on our system. Your credit card details will not be stored by us under any circumstances.
All of our premium meat is sourced in Ireland. All our beef, pork and lamb is accredited with the Bord Bia Quality Assured mark.
Yes, it is okay to freeze the meat we send out, but make sure you do this on the day you receive it – don’t wait until the ‘use by’ date. Then follow the usual procedure for handling home-frozen meat. Storage instructions are provided on our fresh seal bags.
