You’ll want to know how we make sure your order gets to you in perfect condition and at a convenient time – this is what we do.
As soon as we receive notification of your order, we send you a ‘thank you’ email. This will acknowledge your order.
We aim to deliver on the date that you select at checkout. Please note that delivery must be within 28 days of payment.
In the event that the delivery company have a problem locating your address then they will call you for directions. If you have a safe place to leave your order, you can tell us where during the checkout process. Similarly if for some reason you have ‘popped out’ unexpectedly when the delivery arrives at your address, the driver will call you for further instructions. This means you don’t have to wait in for the delivery to arrive.
What happens if something goes wrong?
Firstly, we’re sure it won’t! We’ve worked really hard to make sure the system works properly, and if we don’t get the delivery right, there’s no chance of meeting our mission of bringing you the best meat you’ll ever taste – in your life!
If you’re not happy with any aspect of your order, then the first thing we ask you to do is let us know – send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 053-9147927. If we can’t put things right to your satisfaction, then we’ll refund the cost of the whole order – it’s as simple as that. We don’t like the thought of an unhappy customer.
